Compass & Collar, run by Bardistry LLC, can text you about the pet trips you plan with us. Texts are only sent to people who add their own mobile number and agree, and they are never used for advertising.
What we Text
- Deadline reminders: before a task on your trip checklist is due, such as a vet visit or an airline form.
- Rule changes on your trips: when a government or airline rule changes on a trip you saved.
At most one text a day. Most days there is none.
How you Sign Up
- Create a free account and sign in.
- Open Account, then Text Messages.
- Type your mobile number and tick the box agreeing to texts. The box is never ticked for you.
- Choose Send Code, then type the 6-digit code we text you. Texts start only after that.
The words you agree to:
I agree to receive deadline reminders and rule-change alerts about my trips from Compass & Collar by text message, at most one a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Agreeing is not required to use Compass & Collar.
Agreeing to texts is not required to use Compass & Collar or to buy anything.

Stopping and Help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. Reply START to begin again.
- Reply HELP for help, or write to info@compasscollar.com.
- You can also remove your number on the Account page at any time.
Cost and Carriers
We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for texts that are late or not delivered. US and Canadian mobile numbers only.
Your Number
Your number is used only to send the texts you asked for. It is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
